1. Check-in and Check-out Procedures

Check-in begins at 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00 noon.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available, either complimentary or at an additional charge, depending on availability.


2. Cancellation and Prepayment Policies

Nile Panorama Hotel offers a tiered cancellation policy to provide flexibility and transparency:

  • Flexible/Refundable Rate: Guests can cancel without penalty up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time (2:00 PM EEST on the arrival date). Cancellations made after this period, or no-shows, will be charged the full amount of the first night’s stay. The refund process will be clearly communicated in the booking confirmation.
  • Non-Refundable Rate: A discounted rate will be offered for bookings that are non-cancellable and non-modifiable. The full booking amount will be charged at the time of reservation. This rate is ideal for guests with confirmed travel plans.
  • Booking Confirmation: All booking confirmations will explicitly reiterate the specific cancellation policy chosen by the guest.

  • Airport Shuttle: Available 24 hours a day upon request, for a fixed charge of $30 USD per vehicle (roundtrip). Guests should arrange this service directly with the hotel at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

  • Rooftop Pool: Available for all registered guests. Quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM) are observed.
  • In-Room Kitchen Facilities: All rooms/apartments are equipped with kitchen facilities, including a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, cookware, dishes, and utensils, supporting the hotel’s “aparthotel” identity. Guidelines for kitchen use will be provided.

For your safety, security cameras are in use throughout the property and anyone on our property may be recorded in public areas.

Use of the gym, pool, and fitness facilities is at your own risk. The hotel cannot assume responsibility for personal injury in these areas.
